Other than our own, just over two years ago, I can’t remember when I last went to a wedding. I did therefore, really look forward to attending my cousin’s wedding yesterday. As well as the obvious joy of witnessing a marriage, it was an opportunity to catch up with my immediate and my extended family. Precious, precious times.
I first wore this ice blue pleated dress with its lace bodice when we did the menu tasting for our wedding, so it brings back happy memories. I wore a *beaded headband in the same colour as the dress.
My bag is from East, a few years ago and my leather sandals are from Lotus., (a gift from the brand). I love Lotus shoes and have several pairs. It was the scalloping that caught my eye with this particular style which is called Inaya. As with all Lotus shoes, they are very well-made and supremely comfortable. I wore them from midday to midnight without skipping a beat.
My dress is from 2021 and it has sold out in the blue. However, it is still available in a few different colours which I have linked, along with some similar styles in the carousel below.
