The Abbi by One Hundred Stars clothing is one of the dresses I wore in the charity fashion show a few weeks ago. One Hundred Stars is a small UK family business which sells beautiful clothing, homeware and footwear and Piccadilly in Haworth stocks a curated selection. I wore it yesterday for a day in Haworth with our daughters and their boyfriends, during which we had a lovely lunch and painted some pottery!
One Hundred Stars Abbi Dress
The Abbi dress is an easy-to-wear dress with drawstring waist and pockets. It’s made from sustainable fabric, (cupro and viscose) with an organic cotton lining. The Abbi is available in several different patterns but I adore the sweet pea print.
It was a warm day so I wore it with my pearl and leather sliders, (flat shoes because Haworth Main Street is both steep and cobbled). The bag is also from Piccadilly in Haworth. It’s the Ava by Dutch brand O My Bag, a certified B Corporation. I love the half moon shape and the fact it comes with a choice of two straps. On this occasion I wore it with the plain leather strap. The alternative is a wider fabric one in a dog-tooth check.
My sunglasses are by Outspoken, via MAC Eyewear. They are one of my favourite pairs because they go with so many of my outfits and because they’re so comfortable.

My pearl necklace is the Cara by Kiri and Belle. It’s delicate yet still eye-catching and it sits beautifully.
My angel bracelet is by Annie Haak, a birthday gift from Ian a few years ago. The bracelet in the middle is Pandora and the gold one was my 21st birthday gift from my parents. The yellow sunflower ring was a gift from Ian last year.

Lunch then Painting
We had lunch at Pavé Charcuterie and Bistro at the top of Main Street in the very heart of Haworth. Ian and I shared a large cheese and charcuterie board and it was excellent. As was the wine.
Afterwards, we went to Cobbles and Clay, (where the recent fashion show was held) for an afternoon of pottery painting. I am the least artistic person I know, but that didn’t matter. We all thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon especially because we ordered cake and wine/cocktails to have while we painted. Our finished pieces will be fired, ready for us to collect in about 10 days- I’m really looking forward to seeing it.
