François Pinton eyewear is stunning.
It began in Paris during the roaring twenties. Robert François Pinton ran the prestigious house of Meyrowitz which was established in 1875 and which to this day continues to be one of the world’s foremost purveyors of luxury optical goods.

In 1953, he founded the eponymous Maison François Pinton. In the sixties and seventies, his son Dominique began designing iconic eyewear for the French Riviera jet set. François Pinton eyewear symbolised La Dolce Vita and excellence in spectacle-manufacturing then, and it still does now.

Worn by Style Icons Past and Present
François Pinton eyewear is worn by style icons past and present. The whole Onassis family wore François Pinton, including Jackie Kennedy-Onassis, one of the most famous women of her time.
Grace Kelly ordered 20 pairs of bespoke, handmade frames in rare, precious metals when she married the Prince of Monaco 1956.
Latterly, globally famous faces Nicole Kidman, Sharon Stone, Gregory Peck, Francis Ford Coppola and our very own King Charles III are seen in François Pinton sunglasses and eyewear.
This is my mini collection of Francois Pinton sunglasses; I’ll share photos of me wearing them soon.
François Pinton eyewear is available in the UK and Ireland via MAC Eyewear for who I am Company Ambassador. For further information, please contact them here.
