Zebra print midi dress
Animal print has been a staple in my wardrobe for a long time. It works with everything, not least because of its neutral tones. Take this zebra print midi dress for example. Here, I’m wearing it with the black belt it came with and (almost) matching zebra print shoes. But imagine it with tan accessories, or red, or neon. Or even with a different animal print- grey leopard for example.
This dress is easy to dress up or dress down. It’ll work with trainers, with heels and with boots and I’ll style it according to the season. It’s made from a midweight jacquard, it hangs beautifully and doesn’t crease. The belt it comes with is elasticated at the back so it fits perfectly and doesn’t feel too tight- important when going on a dinner date- which is where it had its maiden voyage.

Ian bought the green stone necklace and earrings for me for Valentine’s Day. I love them. I’m really into green at the moment actually and it’s one of the big trends for SS22.

The necklace and earrings go beautifully with this ring from Arlette Gold a few years ago, (which sadly has ceased trading).
And can we take a moment to appreciate just how well my shoes go. I got them from a local charity shop- (they were brand new)- and I’m delighted with them.

For reference, I’m 5 ft 9 (175cm) tall, and I’m wearing my usual size from Coast. This zebra print midi also comes in a petite fit.
