I bought this red satin dress around two years ago and only had the opportunity to wear it three or four times. I love its ladylike elegance and modest style. The satin feels divine and there’s a bit of stretch in the fabric- always useful in a Christmas Outfit. I wore it last night for a Christmas buffet at my parent’s home. My brother and his family were there too. Harry and my niece are back from their first term at uni so they had a lot to catch up on and a lot of stories to share. It was a super night full of love, lively debate and fabulous food and wine.

I bought the tartan kitten heels around two years ago too. I’ve worn them more times than I have the dress but I want a lot more wear out of them. I’ll probably wear them on Christmas Day too. The velvet bow is lovely and it elevates them into being a perfect Christmas shoe.(Talking of perfect Christmas party outfits, make sure you look at my previous post in which I’m wearing the perfect Christmas party top0>
And as for the bag? Well it just had to be sequins.
