I wore this white and blue embroidered dress for a socially-distanced girls’ night out last week. And by out, I mean in my friend’s garden. It was the first time we’d seen each other since before lockdown and probably the longest we’d ever gone without seeing each other. We have a group chat and keep in touch, but it’s not the same as seeing them in person.
It was a lovely warm evening, so this dress was perfect. The long sleeves kept me warm enough to negate the need for a wrap or jacket. I love the crisp colourway and the embroidered detail; it’s romantic and summery and it makes me think of Greece. Speaking of which, I still daren’t get too excited about our upcoming trip to Crete. Covid cases are increasing throughout Greece and I’m worried the air corridor between the UK and Greece will be forced to close. My brother and his family are on mainland Greece at the moment. They all had to be tested for both antibodies and for Covid-positive before they could enter their hotel, which is reassuring.

Anyway, back to the outfit. I haven’t worn my charm bracelets for a while. I’ve written before about why I adore charm bracelets so much and what they mean to me, so it was nice to wear them again. One is a Pandora bracelet with Pandora charms, the other is a Lovelinks bracelet with a mix of Lovelinks beads and Redbalifrog charms.
