I bought this ruched sleeve dress in February for a work trip to America in March. Of course, said trip didn’t happen because of Covid-19. Since then we haven’t been able to go out so I haven’t had an occasion for which to wear it.
But…we finally celebrated my mum’s 70th birthday at the weekend. You might remember me saying she’s a triplet. They had a big party planned back in April which was also cancelled due to Covid. So now restaurants have reopened, we had a family meal out. I can’t tell you how good it was to get paint my nails, straighten my hair and put my sparkly Jimmy Choos on. Even better though was the opportunity to be together as a family again.
I don’t know what colour best describe my dress. Raspberry? Coral? Salmon? Peachy-pink? What I do know though is that I love it. I also love the flattering empire line and the ruched sleeves. I think the sleeves maketh the dress actually.

I accessorised with layered jewellery, a beaded clutch and my trusty glittery Jimmy Choos.
