Hello. Day 29 of Coronavirus Lockdown and it’s Tuesday. I’ve lost count of how many times I need to ask what day it is. I’m winning at knowing the date though because it’s Harry’s birthday tomorrow.
So what have I done today? I took a parcel to the post office- something I needed to return. I washed, ironed and vacuumed. Do you remember I spray-painted some handles from my dressing table last week? Well, they were a complete fail. They looked absolutely awful. Totally wrong, so I took them back off and tried another spray. (Over the years I have accumulated A LOT of spray paints). I obviously should have just done one last week to see what it looked like so I wouldn’t have had to redo them all. But, you live and learn. I’m not convinced about this different spray yet. I’ll wait for it to dry and then decide.
This afternoon, we had another Zoom work training session. My optometrist colleague spoke about visual stress and colourimetry, (the use of coloured overlays and lenses). I think there were 18 of us in total. It’s so good to catch up with them and see their faces.

I’m wearing the same tunic and leggings as I did two weeks ago in this post, apart from with navy glitter glasses. Although they look black in the photo. My fringe is ready for another trim as you can see. I’m contemplating growing it out, but it really does hide a multitude of wrinkles. I’ve had a fringe for about ten years I think and because I’m growing my hair slightly for our wedding, now would be a good time to try it. We’ll see.
Have a lovely evening whatever you’re doing. Stay safe x
