Mirrored sunglasses are enjoying a resurgence in popularity. They’re youthful, edgy and ideal for those wishing to add an air of mystery to their appearance. Not only that, they’re perfect for reapplying your lipstick on the go. If you want maximum impact and guaranteed double takes, choose a colour that contrasts with your hair like I did. Reds, oranges, purples and bright greens will always stand out.
If, (ahem), on reflection you’d rather make a statement that’s whispered rather than shouted, choose a subtle mirror to compliment your colouring. Cooler colours such as blue and silver suit cooler skin tones, whereas rose, amber and gold flatter those with warmer colouring.
My frame is the STEPPER S STS-30036. Like all STEPPER eyewear, it’s very lightweight and incredibly comfortable to wear. A clear frame like mine works with any colour of mirrored sunglasses. Clear frames are also a key trend right now so I’ll write more about that in a future article.
