The SS19 runways were saturated with tutti-fruity colours. However, eyewear in these succulent shades might not be an obvious choice. It might be thought of as being too limiting- that it will only work with certain outfit colours. Or that it doesn’t flatter. Here, I’m looking at a beautiful berry-coloured frame. Anyone can wear pink so long as the shade complements the individual’s skin tone and hair colour. In general, those with warm colouring and skin with yellow undertones will suit orange-pinks. Those with cool colouring and skin with pink undertones will suit blue-pinks. But… both fashion and I dictate that there are no rules- (oh the irony)- and that anything goes. My advice is first try eyewear from your comfort zone and then try even more from out of it. See how amazing you look with something different. Once you do, you’ll never look back.
The Stepper STS 30001 in colour F630, a succulent matte shade. It is made from super-lightweight TX5 with contrasting dark grey sides. Because of this, it works best with clothing that also has blue (or cool) tones. This raspberry pink eyewear is simple and elegant and eminently wearable.
And, because it’s by Stepper, it’s incredibly comfortable. And I get this feedback over and over from my patients in practice. They have tremendous loyalty to Stepper because of the comfort and fit and they return to the brand year after year.

This is such a beautiful berry colour Liz. I see what you mean about wearing bright frames with different colours, it isn’t my first instinct. Although now that you point it out I’m going to be more adventurous and look at some different colours. I usually just head straight to black or metal without thinking!
I do love coloured eyewear Michelle but it can sometimes limit outfit choices. That’s why we all need an entire wardrobe of frames! xxx
These are so pretty on you! I love wearing frames in a shade that match or clash with lipstick and these are PERFECT for that. Ohhhhhh, reading your blog makes me want like 15 sets of frames! I’d love these. xx
Awww, thank you Lisa. It’s a simple shape but the colour makes them special xxx
