I got this dark green tunic dress with statement sleeves earlier in the year and although I’ve worn it on several occasions, I never managed to get it photographed. I’m now very glad that I didn’t, because I love it teamed it with this stunning rainbow Swarovski crystal jewellery.
If you follow my friend Lisa, The Sequinist, (and you really should because she’s awesome), you might recall that she has the same dress which she wore back in spring.
We both love the versatility that the simple shape affords. Yet the statement sleeves and the detail across the back mean it’s far from boring.
It’s from Finery and has sold out. (However, also from Finery is a very similar one in a wonderfully tempting vibrant poppy red here and one in black here. And Boden have a similarly gorgeous, super-flattering style in ponte jersey in both teal and black here.)
Rainbow Swarovski Crystal Necklace
A plain(ish) dress is the perfect foil for show-stopping jewellery and the star of this particular show has to be this *rainbow Swarovski crystal necklace.
The colours, including aquamarine, peridot and amethyst are utterly beautiful. I can’t think of a single colour that it wouldn’t compliment. The £125 price tag means it’s an investment, but I know I’ll wear it over and over.
Rainbow Swarovski Crystal Earrings
The matching rainbow Swarorvski crystal drop earrings are just as spectacular. At £60, they are probably not an impulse buy either. However, they are exquisitely crafted and the design is timeless. These are the sort of earrings which would elevate jeans and a simple tee into something rather special.
Both the necklace and earrings are available in gold tone as well as the silver tone like mine. There are styles to suit all tastes and with necklaces from £15 to £685, there’s something for every budget too, so do take a look at the Eternal Collection website. I’m a huge fan of Eternal. The customer service is excellent and the packaging is gorgeous. In fact, along with the rest of The Over 40 Collective, I collaborated with them this time last year too, when I chose a Swarovski crystal bracelet. I simply can’t resist the bling and sparkle of gemstones.
Swarovski Crystal Ring
You might remember this spectacular ring from when I wore it with a fabulous pink and green leaf print high-low skirt back in spring. Well it too is Swarovski crystal and is a perfect match to the peridot -coloured stones in the necklace and earrings. It’s from Lisa’s shop (The Sequinist who I mentioned above).
I’ve had these orange shoes for about seven years now. They’re one of the few designer pairs I won and they were from Mulberry. I’m always amazed at just how many colours they compliment, particularly green and blue shades. Cobalt blue and orange is a partucular favourite combination of mine.
Now, a few of my closest blogging friends have also chosen some pieces from Eternal. (I’ll add the links as soon as their posts go live).

Dear lord, Liz! After seeing you in this green dress, I’ll never wear mine again! You look amazing in it. Those legs, GAH!
I adore how you’ve styled this outfit with the earrings and necklace. I can’t stop looking at the closeup shot of those earrings! Every single colour is so beautiful.
Thank you so much for the mention in your post, and I’m adding that earring and necklace set on our ‘To Borrow’ list (which seems to be getting rather lengthy!). It really is a show stopping set… you’re ready for holiday parties in that! xx
Thank you, thank you, thank you. You’re too kind. The colours are divine aren’t they and the peridot matches the cocktail ring so perfectly. And I’ll let you borrow, if you let me borrow your stunning blue flowers xxxx
A beautiful dress, I love the color and design. I love your jewelry, it is beautiful and delicate. You look very beautiful.
Josep-Maria, you are always so kind and complimentary. Thank you very much xxx
Lizzy you look absolutely stunning in that green dress and rainbow jewellery! Not to mention the shoes… they’re simply divine. But it really is the necklace and earrings and got my full attention – the colours are beautiful!
