Today has been the wettest, windiest, greyest Sunday in a long long time. The children and I stayed home for most of it apart from a very brief walk through the park this morning, when we managed to avoid the rain for about half an hour.
I was very glad of this new jacket from Dash Fashion. I have been looking for a three-quarter length jacket for a while now and I know this will become indispensible especially pitchside (where I spend most Sunday mornings, but not today, the football match having been cancelled due to a water-logged pitch). It is padded without being bulky and I love the steel grey colour. It is cut generously so size down if between sizes. I’m between sizes and am wearing a UK 10 which fits beautifully with room for extra layers.
My Jacket was a very kind gift from Dash Fashion as part of Coatwalk, a celebration of current season coats from Dash, Windsmoor, Jacques Vert, Planet, Kaliko, Precis Petite and Eastex, all of whom are under the Elegant British Brands umbrella.
#Coatwalk showcases a range of designs from the brands’ latest collections, each one designed in Britain and inspired by iconic styles and classic trends. There is something for every woman regardless of age, shape or size and I am proud to be part of this campaign.
“Make every street your coatwalk.”
