It’s been another beautiful autumn day but one which started off cold and misty.
I spent the morning at Aspire HQ with my two friends and colleagues, the three of us, along with our graphic designer, comprise the total work force. Today the November issue goes to print. Work is already well under way on the December issue and we have the editorial schedule in place up until June of next year. The distribution area is widening and the next issue will be delivered to several new postcode areas over the border into my home county of Lancashire, including Clitheroe, The Ribble Valley and Barnoldswick.
It was an enjoyable and useful meeting with lots of brainstorming and there are lots of exciting things on the cards.
The chilly start necessitated a jacket and scarf over my breton and jeans.
The scarf is from the latest collection in my boutique. It is large and soft and the colours are beautiful, a taupe background with a brown edge and vibrant navy, orange and pink floral design. This particular design comes in another two colourways too, teal/turquoise with bright pink and black with red.
The wrap bracelet in shades of gold is also from my boutique and along with its silver sister, looks set to be worn as often in autumn as it was over the summer.
And brogues. I love brogues and I think they come into their own in autumn. I have several pairs and I wear them often.
