I was thrilled and surprised to have two deliveries of flowers last week. Both bouquets were yellow, my love of this being well known. It felt like several rays of sunshine had entered my home and immediately everywhere looked and felt more cheerful. The emotional impact was as uplifting as the visual one and I felt very cherished and very loved.
Despite the snow that was on the ground, it suddenly felt rather springlike.
Which leads me onto this gorgeous floral top, sent courtesy of Wolf and Whistle.
The digital floral print adds a touch of spring with the stylised daffodils and narcissi. It’s the perfect way to edge into the new season- the black and brights combining winter with spring.
I love this postcard greeting that accompanied my parcel.
All Wolf & Whistle deliveries come beautifully wrapped with a canvas shopping bag.
The print is stunning.
I dressed for the weather and wore it with my (almost ubiquitous) skinny jeans, black velvet jacket and black heeled ankle boots.
I can’t wait to swap the boots for my yellow heels once it warms up a little and actually this top would look equally good with lighter coloured jeans and flats or even denim shorts and sandals.
Love Liz x
