Chelsea Boots and Ways to Style Them

I’ve received lots of lovely compliments about my blue suede shoes, well blue suede Chelsea boots, when wearing them over the last week or so.

I showed them on my blog for the first time with a dress, which I hope will show that they can be quite versatile and work with more than just jeans.

Mine are the Marta Griffin from Clarks.
They’re described as midnight blue but in reality are a slightly greenish navy. (I’m wearing navy opaque tights in the photographs above for a colour comparison). I always wear a size 7 in Clarks and these are true to size. They’re perfect just to pull on and go. I think the dark maroon elastic and sole adds interest and softens the look of them.

The same style is available in black leather.

Also from Clarks is the Hamble Maze, available in both tan and black. As a lover of brogues, the detail on this style really appeals.

Yull is a small British brand that I’ve written about before. I love both of these styles, again with brogue detailing.

And Hobbs have a classic, slightly smarter style in both black and brown.

Beautiful boots. They have similar in M&S but much more expensive so these are a steal! X
