An Unexpected Surprise From The Yorkshire Cake Fairy

We had the loveliest surprise when we got back from our walk in Malham on Bank Holiday Monday.
My friend Laura had left a box of cupcakes made by her talented mother-in-law aka The Yorkshire Cake Fairy.
I know I say it often, but I really do have the best friends.

They are the most intricately decorated cakes I’ve ever seen and they really do taste as good as they look.

      They taste beautiful. Lovely light sponge. She lives just outside of Skipton but covers a large area. The website is http://www.theyorkshire cake
